Being Baptist: Nationally
Part of the Baptist Union of Great Britain
We are a Baptist Church, which means we believe in the trinity, the authority of Jesus, the witness of Christian's through both believer's Baptism and their daily life, and we take decisions together as a group through our church membership meetings. This is explained more fully here.
Regionally
Part of the Eastern Baptist Association
Baptist churches are interconnected. By being part of a regional association, we gain support from our regional minister and are able to cooperate with other churches in the region or share in conferences together. Being part of a smaller group helps us to connect with one another as churches.
Locally
Landbeach and Milton has connections with Baptist churches across the Cambridge area.
As well as benefitting from visiting speakers from a range of churches, our minister regularly meets with a local cluster representing 6 congregations to pray and support each other. LAMB have also been financially supported by Cherry Hinton and St. Andrew's Street Baptist churches.
